How is the revenue shared?
G5/G6: 75% owner, 25% ELEV8.
G7 or newer: 80% owner, 20% ELEV8.
Who is responsible for maintenance cost?
As the aircraft owner, you are responsible for any additional maintenance costs. ELEV8 handles scheduling and routine oversight, but all expenses for upkeep remain the owner’s responsibility.
How will leasing my aircraft affect my insurance?
Leasing your aircraft through ELEV8 means it will be added to our commercial insurance policy, which typically results in a higher premium due to training and rental use. However, this coverage ensures proper protection for both you and your aircraft in a flight training environment.
What if I want to fly, but someone else is scheduled in my airplane?
If you want to fly and your aircraft is already scheduled, you have priority and can request to take your plane instead. ELEV8 will ensure your reservation takes precedence over other renters.
